| Description | Full spectrum of all Shipping/Logistics Operations, including both land, air and sea. Ensure readiness of all required shipping documents for distributors and customers Order Management & Fulfillment, ensuring prompt delivery of goods to customers, inventory control & management and operational improvement activities Main point of contact in the SEA (South East Asia) region, liaising with planning, and supply chain teams, as well as freight forwarders and distributors. Provide support in ensuring prompt delivery of goods to customers, inventory control & management Must be familiar with China tax and freight procedures. |
| Education | Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. |
| Experience | Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. At least 4 - 6 years of related working experience in Shipping Order Fulfillment, Logistics & Inventory Management capacities. Have a high proficiency in manipulating data in Microsoft Excel and MRP System. You must have a proven track record in handling all shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. You should be strong in analytical and planning skills and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and at different levels. Full-Time position |
