Description • Recruitment: advertisement, interview, prepare and extend offers to selected candidates, draft new comer announcement, conduct new hire orientation and other related administrative work.
• Compensation and Benefits: payroll processing including NS pay, CPF and annual income tax reporting, benefits/leave administration, maintain and ensure SAP records are kept up to-date, participate in salary surveys for SEA markets, salary benchmark, coordinate annual merit exercise and bonus/sales incentive payout including letters preparation, insurance policy renewal, etc.
• Learning & Development: Training Needs Analysis, sourcing for appropriate courses/trainers, course enrolment, update training records, apply for training grants.
• HR metrics & government reports
• Employee Relations: organise ER activities including annual D&D
• Employee/Industrial Relations
• HR Administration: p-filing, leave administration, EP/WP application, expatriate management, staff exits, update hand book, etc
• Also will be the point of contact for employees as well as giving appropriate HR advice in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Updated with the legislative requirements and ensure Company standards and ways of working are in accordance with workplace relations and employment legislation.
Education Min Diploma/Degree qualification with major in HRM or equivalent
Experience At least 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist
Personal Abilities Only open to Singaporean and SPR
Language Able to speak in Mandarin
IT knowledge MS Office and SAP/Peoplesoft A MUST
Salary $4000
