Sales Administrator / Coordinator (R:TRC0221)

Workplace Central - Tanjong Pagar
Description Handle order processing;
Issue purchase order & sales order and invoice;
Coordinate shipment/ delivery arrangements;
Send and file shipping documents;
Trackingof stock record and inventory control;
Data entry of sales & purchase reporting into SAP Business One;
Monitor customer's payment.
Education Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Experience At least 2 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Familiar with order processing, and shipping documentation.
Familiar with import & export documentation including L/C.
Coordinate shipments/delivery arrangment and customer requirement.
Knowledge of SAP Business One addad advantage.
5 days work week, (09.00am-05.30pm)
Full-Time position(s) available.
Salary $2000-$2800 (Depend)
