Description To manage and lead the team in daily business activities.
To monitor, forecast and review team sales performance and propose action plans or solutions to achieve sales target.
Analyze market trend, customers needs and recommend sales actions to achieve team goals.
To provide provision leadership and staff guidance to the team in meeting customers' expectations.
Deploy a performing teamwork structure, and able to motivate team to achieve team objectives.
To foster and build good customer relationship at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
Assist Biz Development Manager in development of new biz and expand from the existing clients to meet team's sales target.
Monitor and ensure customers' issues and complaints are resolved to 100% satisfaction.
Work closely with Business Development Team in engaging new accounts to become long term customers.
Responsible for developing price proposal, recommendation and business negotiation.
Any other responsibilities/ task assigned by superior.
Education •Candidate must possess at least min 'A' level or Diploma holder.
Experience At least 5 years of sales and account serving experience. Preferably in advertising field.
Language English, Mandarin
Salary $4000 - $6000
