Description Assigned at the Front desk, and the first point of contact of all staffs and Visitors
Liaise with all staffs and expatriates
Manage front office covering reception,
Assist in all Incoming and outgoing phones / mails, couriers and faxes
Maintain appearance and presentation of office
Assist in Admin & secretarial support to the Executive Secretary
Manage the travel requirements such as flight and accommodation arrangements
Schedule and maintain calendar, makes appointments and arranges for meeting rooms
Assist in Presentation slides / document preparation
Maintain Customer / Partner database / name cards / Distribution of newsletters
Manage the provisions of office supplies such as refreshments / stationary / offices services etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Education •Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Experience •At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Language English, Mandarin
Salary $2000 - $2500
