| Description | Assist Marketing Manager in areas of work such as advertising, promotion of products, production of marketing collateral and market research, as well as the day to day administration and support of the Marketing team, working with other departments/colleagues. Assist in trade exhibitions, joint promotions, sponsorships, events and relevant marketing activities. Responsible for taking the lead with marketing input and facilitating Retail Promotions/Programmes. Assist and work with Associate Companies' colleagues on a need-to basis. Assist and work with Marketing Manager on any Product/Brand development, marketing and promotions support where required. Assist with handling of in-house marketing communications activities which entail preparing, drafting and collating of publicity materials and other back-up support. Handle day-to-day media relations, follow-up and enquiries, including drafting of media releases. Responsible for day-to-day website management covering updates, revisions and new postings of content. Coordinate and work with external designers, copy writers, printers, photographers and agency partners, vendors, suppliers etc. Support with Customer Care to ensure customers’ needs are met in any extraordinary situations, by answering and attending to consumers’ complaints relating to our products and services to their entire satisfaction. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the Management. |
| Education | Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Others or equivalent. |
| Experience | At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Direct experience in Marketing, food & beverage industry preferred. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin, ability to draft articles. Applicants must be willing to work in Clementi - Pandan Loop. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. 5 days work week, (08.00am-05.30pm) Full-Time positions available. |
