Workplace Tai Seng (North East)
Description Manage services contract database to extract expiring contract and renew them with the customers
Provide monthly and quarterly forecast of services revenue
Act as a main point of contact for sales enquires and quotation.
Be able to understand the requirements, make an assessment and may recommend alternative solution.
Work closely with all team members, namely Product, Partners Managers as well as Pre-Sales Engineers to handle all type of request.
Strive to exceed customer expectations.
Close the sales directly for the “white space”
Liaise with the vendors Account/Channel managers on ad-hoc pricing or discount
Work with the Customer Service Team to process the confirmed sales quotation.
Prepare and distribute reports on a timely basis.
Achieve the quarterly MBOs.
Perform any other project or duties as assigned.
Education Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology /Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Experience Have at least 2 years of working experience preferably in customer servicing or indoor sales support
Have effective communication skills both orally and written
Possess good interpersonal skills
Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
Work well within a team environment
Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
Location: Near Tai Seng
Language Bilingual in English and Mandarin
IT knowledge Basic IT knowledge in the networks and firewall space is a must
Salary SGD 2000 - 3000
