Description Full spectrum of HR related matters including payroll, EP and Visa application & administration.
Administer Training & Development function including training needs analysis, identify competency gap, training plan, post course evaluation and training effectiveness
Administer Performance Management.
Responsible for all insurance renewals, claims and correspondence.
Administer staff welfare, benefits, and medical leave.
Liaise with external agencies for various training matters.
Recruitment and Selection and work performance appraisal.
Education Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Experience At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

IT knowledge Proficient in MS Office
