Administer Training & Development function including training needs analysis, identify competency gap, training plan, post course evaluation and training effectiveness Administer Performance Management. Responsible for all insurance renewals, claims and correspondence. Administer staff welfare, benefits, and medical leave. Liaise with external agencies for various training matters. Recruitment and Selection and work performance appraisal. |
| Education | Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. |
| Experience | At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 5 working days 3 Full-Time positions available. |
| Language | Bilingual in English and Mandarin |
