Workplace East - Genting Lane
Description Handle walk-in, telephone, web and email enquiries/complaints promptly and professionally.
Answering and transferring of phone call.
Receive and distribute courier parcel.
Data entry for customer information, feedback, complaint, warranty card.
Verify and servicing product for customers.
Spare part sales for walk-in customers.
Verify goods returned from customers.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Education GCE O Level and above
Experience At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5 working days
Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Lane.
Full-Time positions available.
Language Bilingual in English and Mandarin
IT knowledge Proficient in MS Office
Salary $1500 - $2000
