| Description | Location at Ubi To handle order processing which include placing orders, monitor order status and coordinate delivery of goods to customers. Ad-hoc related duties. Location at Ayer Rajah (One-North & Kent Ridge) Prepare service contract; Prepare quotation and follow-up with customer; Update service contract records/reports; Prepare monthly report and maintain stock inventory; Ad-hoc related admin duties. |
| Education | Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent. |
| Experience | At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in East & West. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent. 5 days work week. Full-Time positions available. |
| Salary | $1800 and above (depending on the relevant experience). |
