| Description | •Build and maintain financial models to support the company’s business plan in relation to all investments, capital expenditure, vessel valuation/financing analysis, capital structure and long term cash flow planning. •Develop valuation, financial and strategic analysis on all projects for management decision. •Prepare project analysis, sensitivity analysis on all projects for management decision. •Prepare projects analysis, sensitivity analysis/scenarios to support the business strategies. •Advise and participate in all investment/projects/capex evaluation to improve and deliver efficient capital structure. •Prepare and maintain the 10 year model for management review based on proposed/future investment strategies. •Prepare Group’s valuation report based on current and future financial projection. •Assist in preparing economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies. •Assist in Capital Budgeting and provide analysis support in relation to cash flow projection, internal and external financing. •Assist in Treasury activities including hedging (foreign exchange, bunkers, interest rates) and all financing projects. •Assist in cash management including the daily cash management, analyzing the cash flow and cost drivers for the organization to improve business strategy. •Assist in Quarterly forecasting and annual budget. •Assist in drafting the board papers. |
| Education | •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. |
| Experience | •At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Candidates should have a strong knowledge in financial modelling, business valuation, financial analysis. |
