Description Perform day-to-day office administration
Answering phone calls
Receive guests and serve beverages
Collect & distribute mails and courier service
Order stationery and pantry replenishment
Consolidate expense claims for Finance Team
Arrange flight and hotel bookings
Liaise with vendors for repairs, servicing and maintenance
Ad-hoc related assigned duties
Education GCE O Level and above.
Experience At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
