Accounts Assistant, $1800-$2500 (R:KC0117)

Workplace Tanjong Pagar/Rivervalley
Description Processing of AP / AR invoices, including verification, coding
Payment preparation / Issuing of cheques
Reconciliation of creditors' statement of account
Follow-up on pending invoices or invoices with disputes
Handling of local petty cash and cash requisition for staff travelling
Checking the petty cash accounts
Monthly supplier batch payments
Monitor dry-docking bills, quarterly insurance premium and loan repayment
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements in bank accounts
Monthly closing and reporting
Reconcile interco balances
Quaterly GST filing
Other ad-hoc duties as requried
Education •Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Experience •At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Salary $1800 - $2500
